Since introduction of 4.2.x series of kernels to tumbleweed my machine at home
timeouts on probing of some devices:

[   18.241746] usb 2-3: device descriptor read/all, error -110
[   18.353603] usb 2-3: new high-speed USB device number 3 using xhci_hcd
[   28.469838] usb 2-3: device descriptor read/all, error -110
[   28.581678] usb 2-3: new high-speed USB device number 4 using xhci_hcd
[   33.591890] usb 2-3: device descriptor read/8, error -110
[   38.705931] usb 2-3: device descriptor read/8, error -110
[   38.921659] usb 2-3: new high-speed USB device number 5 using xhci_hcd
[   43.931824] usb 2-3: device descriptor read/8, error -110
[   49.045912] usb 2-3: device descriptor read/8, error -110
[ 49.149766] usb usb2-port3: unable to enumerate USB device

The timeout issues do not happen on 13.2 or Windows that I have in
dual/tripleboot here.

The layout:

usb3 -> DELL monitor hub (usb3) -> mouse
                                -> keyboard
