I am without the virtualization:container and ecsos repos. 

Docker appears anyway in my YAST package manager, while this should not be the
case obviously: https://software.opensuse.org/package/docker

According to zypper se -s docker is openSUSE-Leap-42.2-Oss their repository..

Second issue, which makes me aware about this case at all:

Docker-compose like to install a python-requests older than 2.10, while 2.11 is
the only available one.
