Moving maintainer, definitively not a yast error.

rebulding blender would happen automatically, if builds were possible.

Currentl,blender is in state 'unresolvable' (but a pending SR hopefully would
settle that)

The problem though is that for blender to be able to rebuild, OpenColorIO and
OpenImageIO need to be able to rebuild, but bot of them are unresolvable as
they are in a cycle and expect the other one to build first.

Assigning to the maintainer of OpenImageIO (random pick of the two), with
blender maintainers in CC for their information

All three involved packages currently have a submission, but even together they
can not unbreak from the cycle:
