OK. So I tried today fresh instalation (with formating of /) from openSUSE-Leap-15.0-DVD-x86_64-Build206.1-Media.iso and I am not able to finish boot of PC. I tried to add "systemd.unit=multi-user.target" but it does not helped. I will post screenshots from failures.
