It may be related to GCC 6 optimizations. Please test Seamonkey from home:1Antoine1:branches:mozilla:Factory: > sudo zypper ar -f obs://home:1Antoine1:branches:mozilla:Factory fix-991027 > sudo zypper dup --from fix-991027 I removed the "delete-null-pointer-checks", "lifetime-dse" and "schedule-insns2" optimizations, as suggested by LFS (http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/view/svn/xsoft/seamonkey.html). Arch Linux guys do that too (https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/49790).
