Comment # 7 on bug 1148042 from Alexander Krupp

Presenter screen + second display works for me on kde5 with either 

1) SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gen, or 

2) SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk3 + zypper install libreoffice-gtk3

I have added

export SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk3

to my .bashrc. However, I do not know whether libreoffice is the only
application influenced by this setting, can someone shed some light on this,
please?
