You should report this bug upstream, especially as that you indicate that
Chrome has the same issue.  There is little we can do to resolve it. 

I did a quick search on google for this and I found this issue reported a long
time ago and it is still open :

Based on that Chrome/Chromium does not support ICC profiles on Linux. If you
are interested, you could subscribe to the indicated issue.
