This is completely missing the most important things:

- What you did / what you were trying to do
- What you expected to happen
- What happened instead.

You leave literally everything to pure guesswork.


Also, there is a big description field when you add an attachment; please use
it if it's not something trivial like a screenshot, or a log file that is
obvious to recognize by its name.

"Example project" means that everybody dealing with this bug has to download
the attachment, then try to guess what it might be, unpack it, look at the
resulting file(s) and then guess again what it might be.

This is consuming the time of the experts that are trying to deal with this bug
for no good reason. A simple explanation would make this so much easier.
