It is probably from
https://pmbs.links2linux.de/package/show/Essentials/chromium-pepper-flash

and users could do
zypper install --no-recommends chromium-pepper-flash

but I guess then later a zypper up could still pull in chromium
unless users also do
zypper addlock chromium
