Bear in mind that it will contain your Sametime hostname and credentials (in
some form).  It's possible that the possibly gcc-related change in the bytes is
in your credentials, but if you can see a difference outside these you can
knock out those bytes with a hex editor.  Otherwise you can encrypt it to me;
