lokalize 16.04.1 (which is already in the devel repo) will contain a fix for that. This is going to be released tomorrow and will then be submitted to Factory/Tumbleweed too of course. Sorry, there's nothing we can do about that at the moment I suppose, for now keep the "obsolete" hunspell 1.3 if you want to keep lokalize... Or install lokalize from KDE:Applications when 16.04.1 is published there tomorrow.
