Comment # 2 on bug 1189180 from sedmicha

Having the same issue. When Czech is one of the layouts, even if it's not the
currently selected layout, Alt+a does not work. I have tried this with
different variants of Czech layouts, and weirdly this happens with all of them
except the "Czech coder" layout.
