Comment # 1 on bug 1197969 from Lubos Kocman

since we do not have an install process here we need to add repository in a
different way than
https://build.opensuse.org/package/view_file/openSUSE:Leap:Micro:5.2/skelcd-control-SMO/skelcd-control-leap.patch?expand=1

What would be acceptable approach to maintenance team? We could deliver
repository as part of release package (similar to how we've done it on Leap
with ctlg).
