Yes, bug encompass many components. I agree, some needed separate bugs. Problem
was (and perhaps maybe still _is_ for some keyboards/languages) that YaST
assign font by locale, but in reality font should match by keyboard layout. As
openSUSE now provides converted layouts (they use unicode), we can simply
switch to unicode fonts.

Now remaining tasks is to check Greek, Cyrillic and Turkish layouts: 
- whether we can change font to eurlatgr for Greek;
- whether we can change font to (more up-to-date?) LatArCyrHeb-14,
LatArCyrHeb-16+ or LatArCyrHeb-16 for Cyrillic in consolefonts.ycp;
- whether we need to change some console keyboards in keyboard_raw.ycp
(especially if old kbd keyboard's names also exist as new/converted console
keyboards);
- whether we should leave as is.
