Comment # 1 on bug 1180450 from Sean Marlow

The Azure packages had changes in dependencies. Unfortunately azure-common
still requires msrestazure even though it has no requirement for that package.
Thus img-proof has to carry that dependency.

The spec has been updated and ready for a new release. However, we must wait on
the Alibaba packages to get into to Factory before the latest img-proof will
build.
