My first guess whas that you might have installed or updated packages from a
repository that is meant for a different distribution release (Leap 15.1
instead of your Leap 15.0) that now interfere with system packages.


But in the 'rpm-qa' file from your y2logs I only see one single package that
does not have a proper Leap 15.0 version:

This is an input method; I am not sure if this can cause the observed problem.
