fdupes macro in package removes duplicates in python3-tzlocal package and replaces duplicates with symbolic links from python2-tzlocal package which is very wrong... (Form of having bug report done...) affected are python-tzlocal.openSUSE_Backports_SLE-15_Update python-tzlocal.openSUSE_Leap_15.0_Update python-tzlocal.openSUSE_Leap_15.1_Update
