Sorry, I have no idea what went wrong for you.

webenginepart.so is of course part of the webenginepart package.
I.e. if the webenginepart package is installed, webenginepart.so should be
there on your system.

I don't see a problem with some update here (there wasn't any for konqueror
anyway).

Maybe your user's plugins cache didn't get updated in time though...
