Simultaneously there are repos, enabled for home: projects:

openSUSE_Factory_ARM
openSUSE_Factory_PowerPC

But no possibility to add openSUSE_Factory_zSystems repo via Repositories
user's menu, which is responsible for s390x architecture.

But, if we take a look, for example, on
https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/563277 , we can see, that
openSUSE_Factory_zSystems also can be present.

Perhaps, openSUSE_Factory_zSystems is OFF for home: projects only. I'm not
aware of 'internal kitchen' of OBS, I can suppose here only, but, if it is so,
this seems rather logicless not to give possibility to test how your package
can be built for s390x...
