The next time please use a meaningful title, this one doesn't make any sense at
all.
And also try to describe the problem in words. If you do want to provide a
video to clarify things, attach it here and don't link to some random site like
Youtube where it may disappear.

As I understand it, you mean that the "Energy Savings" settings window is too
large to fit to the screen, right?
That's a known (upstream) problem.

Feel free to reopen if I misunderstood.
But please provide at least an explanation of the problem in that case.
