from what I saw yesterday in the openSUSE Italian group on telegram, Ivo was
able to install plasma5-pa just forcing to break the dependencies on Leap 15.3.

I suspect that the changes you mentioned (avoid to always Require
pulseaudio-module-x11) should already do the job. Some other pipewire users on
tumbleweed reported that plasma5-pa works perfectly for them.
