yast logs

Perform a WSL 2 based install of openSUSE-Leap-15.2 and it errors out calling
localectl. A WSL 1 based install does not make this call.

You can toggle by "wsl --set-default-version [1,2]"

Full yast logs of successful wsl 1 and failure wsl 2 based installs attached.
