NetworkManager asking for root permission
When importing an OpenVPN profile, NetworkManager asks for root permissions, to
alter system settings for all users (see screenshot).
This should not be needed. I can perfectly well setup an OpenVPN profile by
hand local to myself. There is no reason why importing a profile should be
mandatory applicable to all users.
