Normal Audio config after completely removing the power from the device
I'll try to describe the main symptoms:
1. When I start my notebook after the power has been taken away completely,
I will get a useable, "normal" audio configuration.
2. When I suspend the computer (with empty headset jack) and wake it up again,
I will still see the internal audio device (input and output), but there will
be no sound on the intenal device.
And no the fun part:
3. When I restart my system from this state (after suspend), there will
be no internal audio device in my setup anymore. If a usb headset is connected,
only that will be displayed, if not, I will get a "Dummy Output" device.
There may be other ways to get out of this state, (plugging in HDMI devices and
headsets and then suspending again), but I have not had enough time to explore
these. The only certain way to leave the 3rd state is by completely powering
off the laptop.
By completely taking the power away I mean
both powering down the machine AND removing the power supply before pressing
the power button again.
JUST leaving the device on batteries and restarting the system OR
shutting it down, waiting a little while power is connected and switching it on
again
WILL NOT reset the configuration enough to get out of state 3.
I will attatch the alsa-info.sh output for the normal setup,
then provide these outputs for the other states later.
This bug is always reproducible on my system.
Fresh install of opensuse Leap 42.3 beta as of July-6th
But I have been struggeling with this bug for weeks now on this beta branch.
