yast2-theme-breeze and yast2-theme-oxygen (which I had had to uninstall because of the conflict described in comment #0 ) can now be reinstalled (at version 4.3.9-lp153.2.3.1) now that yast2-theme has been upgraded to version 4.3.9-3.3.1 providing yast2-branding = 4.3.9 => VERIFIED
