Comment # 5 on bug 1058847 from Loic Devulder

Hi guys!

I had the same problem on openSUSE 42.3 with a 4.13 kernel getting from
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Kernel:/stable/standard/.

But to resolve the issue I only re-installed apparmor and restarted libvirtd.
Don't have to add the ptrace line in /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.libvirtd (but I'm
not sure that my workaround is reboot conistent).
