All Tumbleweed versions do not start when booting from the ISO image by Grub2
("iso-scan/filename=$iso_path")
Stuck in Emergency Mode.
I tested on my laptop and in QEMU (EFI and bios).
Last time it was ok. 
openSUSE Leap 15.2 boots correctly.
