After performing "zypper up" today, the Breeze Dark theme in the Plasma
workspace no longer renders correctly, as per the attached screenshot.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select the "Breeze Dark" theme on KDE 5 / Plasma.
Actual Results:  
The panel at the bottom of the screen still has a white background.

Expected Results:  
The panel at the bottom should be themed correctly (have a dark background).
