Installing patterns-openSUSE-plasma5_basis conflicts with kde4_basis and kde
packages.

This causes the non-installation of several base patterns that leave many
default applications (KDE and otherwise) off of the fresh system.

Normal System patterns not installed:
patterns-openSUSE-games
patterns-openSUSE-imaging
patterns-openSUSE-multimedia
patterns-openSUSE-non_oss
patterns-openSUSE-office

KDE Patterns not installed:
patterns-openSUSE-kde
patterns-openSUSE-kde4_basis
patterns-openSUSE-kde4_internet
patterns-openSUSE-kde4_utilities

With the new organization of KF5/Plasma 5/KDE Apps, that there needs to be a
whole new setup for the installation. Even on Plasma 1, it makes more sense to
move to the KF5 apps, as those are the only ones being developed (other than
bug fixes) going forward.
