Comment # 2 on bug 1166322 from Stefan Dirsch

The font entries 

 "-Misc-Fixed-bold-R-*-*-20-200-75-75-C-100-ISO10646-1"
 "-Misc-Fixed-bold-R-*-*-20-200-75-75-C-200-ISO10646-1"

need to occur in the 'xlsfonts' listing. But I can't see how this can be
changed by replacing the xterm packages. None of the xterm packages ship a
font.
