I am using Mumble, but I found out the openSUSE version has the speech-dispatcher disabled. In spec line 250: CONFIG*=no-speechd But speech-dispatcher and espeak are available in the offical repository, so I do not see a reason for disabling this feature (Text-To-Speech, which is quiet usefull when gaming and someone joined).
