I have Kdump setup already so if it happens again I will try to trigger it with
SysRq.

Weirdly enough, the exact same freeze happened yesterday (Xorg entirely
freezed, no mouse, no SSH, ...) while putting my laptop to sleep. I never had
this issue before (and I checked it did not happen after a fresh reboot). The
last journalctl lines were:
