Chrome startup
On an existing OpenSuSE Leap 42.3 with Google Chrome V62 installed, Chrome has
suddenly begun to start with a black screen and all Chrome apps are failing. I
have attached a screenshot.
Other than normal OpenSuSE and Chrome updates pushed out from repositories,
there has been no new software installed recently.
After uninstalling Chrome and removing the $HOME/.cache/google-chrome
directory, I re-installed Chrome and still get the black screen at startup.
I may have shutdown OpenSuSE yesterday with Chrome running.
I am attaching a screenshot of the Chrome desktop with pop-ups from failing
Chrome applications.
Is there a known resolution to this problem?
