Yes, this has since been fixed in Virtualization:containers as of this
patch[1]. Sorry about that. Please check if the new Virtualization:containers
package works as expected (once OBS releases new packages). We do not need to
package docker-runc right now (we use the runc package), though this will
probably change in the future.
