Dear Patrick, thanks for your support!
I updated the OS (Leap 15.5) to the last version with latest update/upgrade.
Attached I reported some commands' output.

I tried also with glmark2; when it was running all applications in that desktop
went very very slow... whereas if I  switch the desktop everything it's ok.

Regarding the ACER monitor I solved that issue... after several attempt with
many PCs I changed the HDMI cable and now it works... :)
It's quite strange because it is the same model I replaced it with.
