Reopening.

Fix of brp-check-suse not reached Factory. the request 180056 was declined
with: that tarball is generated from git, we need to get the change into the
git tree first.

To Ruediger Oertel: Please either copy current version of
/etc/xdg/menus/applications.menu to brp-check-suse or apply
brp-check-desktop-data.diff from
