Upstream was able to reproduce the issue with "-flto=auto" and tracked it down
to a deadlock in the audio thread while printing the error message (yes,
really!).

@binutils experts: What causes the specific order of DT_NEEDED entries? Is
there any guarantee about those (without -flto=auto)? If not, what's the best
way to ensure that RTLD_NEXT looks at libc as well?
