The recent update of "file" in openSUSE Leap 42.3 likely introduced a
regression in "file". It crashes when applied to certain JPEG files.

* Last known to work: file[-magic] 5.19-8.15-x86_64
* Bug present in: file[-magic] 5.22-10.1-x86_64
* Reproducible: ALWAYS
* Workaround: Downgrade to 5.19-8.15-x86_64
