I decided to upgrade my laptop to Tumbleweed and due to the ever changing kernels I've created rtlwifi_new package in home:plater. I've renamed the kmp to rtl8723de-kmp-%flavor and it includes a modprobe file to select the correct antenna. https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/plater/Tumbleweed I'll try to build for Leap:15 at a later stage, unfortunately I won't be able to test it, I used a 4.17 kernel in leap.
