Comment # 1 on bug 1049900 from Rodion Iafarov

After multiple reboots I got keyboard and indicator working on lock screen.
For login screen default one is breeze (the one I got after installation) which
has this issue. I'll double check it with openSUSE theme, as changes somehow
were not applied after multiple tries.
