Yes, it is now writable on Tumbleweed. Maybe it has changed since I open the bug 3 months ago ;) It is still a symlink on OpenSUSE LEAP 42.2: /etc/lvm -> /mounts/mp_0000/etc/lvm Anyway, I guess the next LEAP will get Tumbleweed installation anyway. Thanks
