In a previous version of bugzilla it was possible to "watch" another bugzilla account. (Configurable under Preferences -> Email Preferences) The feature still works as I still receive mails which are triggered for 'kde-maintainers@suse.de'. However the configuration under Preferences -> Email Preferences is no longer possible. You can neither add a new address to watch nor remove currently configured addresses.
