With dmic_detect=0 option, the system is set up with the legacy HD-audio mode that was used for the former versions. The built-in mic is digital-mic, and this isn't supported in this mode, hence it's the expected side-effect. Without dmic_detect=0, SOF driver will be used for your device, and it requires the additional firmware files and UCM profiles. You may try to update all latest ALSA-related package from OBS multimedia:libs repo.
