I changed the settings for powersaving: I disallow turning the display off: since then ( 4 days) , I havent had the issue it used to happens once or twice a day minimum. apparently restoring focus to the proper window gets lost ( and it is fatal when the screenlocker does not get the focus back from X... ) hope this helps
