By now in Tumbleweed there are two kde wallet daemons /usr/bin/kwalletd and /usr/bin/kwalletd5. They are independent from and not compatible with each other. Some applications like ksshaskpass5 use /usr/bin/kwalletd5 while other like chromium use /usr/bin/kwalletd KWalletManager basically lets you only manage your passwords from KDE4's kwallet and if you for example typed wrong password to ksshaskpass5 you can do nothing but delete your wallet because there is no way to change this from KWalletManager.
