Here on my Monitor, I see:

DPI(x):   111.089
DPI(y):   113.122
DPI(avg): 112.105

Whereas in Xorg.0.log I find
[    21.885] (--) NVIDIA(0): DPI set to (110, 111); computed from "UseEdidDpi"
X config

But that's okay, just ~1% difference.
