## Reproducible

Fails when enabling soft reboot. Can be reproduced on local VM. sync &&
systemctl soft-reboot mitigates both error message and reduces hanging rate,
but does not guarantee. Potential workaround is doing ctrl+alt+f3, ctrl+alt+f1,
ctrl+alt+f2.
