Sending files over bluetooth does not work in openSUSE Leap 15.1 with KDE Desktop. Tested on two of my computers. I tried sending both from Dolphin drop-down menu and tray icon, neither works. It used to work in Leap 15.0 last year. Steps to reproduce: 1. Log into KDE session 2. Open Dolphin 3. Right-click on some file and select "send over bluetooth" 4. It should show some window with progress bar 5. Target device receives no file.
