Comment # 31 on bug 774386 from Ladislav Slezak

JFYI: I just have tested 13.2 VNC installation (tested default installation)
and after the installation finished I was able to connect to the machine via
vncviewer and the kdm login was displayed as expected.

So it seems to be fixed in 13.2.
