Right, we need to sanitize the release notes before showing them: Remove any
external hyperlinks.

I fear it is unrealistic to expect QR codes there, though. But the release
notes are available later in the installed system, too, where you can read them
at your leisure with the browser of your choice.

Anton, IIRC you told me about this problem as well, but in your case the window
went blank when clicking on a link -- which is a lot worse since it's not easy
to get back to the release notes main page. Do we have a separate bug for that?
